Coaching Philosophy In football as in Life I believe there are 5 important factors; 1st to be Spiritual, to glorify God and enjoy Him forever; 2nd to be Academic, to continue learning and exercising your mind; 3rd to be Athletic, to challenge yourself physically to perform greater feats; 4th to be Artistic, to explore creative ways to express yourself;   And, 5th to always be a Gentleman.

Most rewarding coaching experience:  Coaching the young men who got beat by Mater Dei in 1996 and came back to go undefeated in 1997 including beating MD in the Coliseum for the CIF Championship, my first as a coach.
